Synopsis

RIP FILMS has one feature documentary film in development. The film is the amazing story of Alexis Marrokiin. The film will have three chapters. The first chapter explores the life Alexis had in El Salvador before his departure to the United States. His life was one of poverty and isolation. Serious thought is being given to shooting chapter one in El Salvador. My initial plan is for Alexis and me to journey to places seldom seen in the United States. The viewing audience will hear firsthand the struggle he and his family faced in El Salvador.

Full Story

RIP FILMS has one feature documentary film in development. The film is the amazing story of Alexis Marrokiin. The film will have three chapters. The first chapter explores the life Alexis had in El Salvador before his departure to the United States. His life was one of poverty and isolation. Serious thought is being given to shooting chapter one in El Salvador. My initial plan is for Alexis and me to journey to places seldom seen in the United States. The viewing audience will hear firsthand the struggle he and his family faced in El Salvador.

The second chapter tells the miraculous story of Alexis coming to the United States. How a stranger to Alexis could journey to El Salvador and bring him to the United States is packed with the drama and technical know-how of Ralph Isenberg. The second chapter will use real-time films of Alexis being reunited with his family. The film will also recreate the drama of getting Alexis out of El Salvador. Both the United States and El Salvador governments presented Isenberg with a gauntlet of red tape he had to overcome.

The final chapter will deal with the life Alexis made for himself his life in the United States. Highlights of this chapter include his education and obtaining his permanent residence card. The third chapter will provide a real-time film of Alexis getting his high school education. The film will include family scenes. The film's highlight will be a recreation of Alexis surprising El Gringo Schindler with his green card. The chapter will end with Alexis explaining his future goals to the audience.

As with other El Gringo Schindler Films, Alexis and his family play significant roles in the film. Current thinking is for the film to be 60 minutes in length. Thought is also being discussed to make the film into a three-part mini-series.
